The Spray Pod does just that as it upgrades a Graco E-10 and gives it the capacity to multitask. It allows anyone to inexpensively tighten and seal building envelopes of all kinds. If you can use a paint spray system, you can operate one of our Spray Pods. They are very flexible and user friendly and in conjunction with our Power Pod, they can be used just about anywhere on a project. Select from any one of our sealants which allows you to bring the right product for the right application. The Spray Pods are perfect for those who have projects at large complexes and are looking for a way to significantly reduce their energy useage. Whether there is a little or a lot of work, the Spray Pod allows anyone to do regular maintenance projects quickly so that the building can be put back into production rapidly. The patented system utilizes a Graco E-10, but upgrades it in way that allows it to operate as a production machine that is multitasking. Sealant Technologies can also retrofitted a used Graco E-10 to convert it into a Spray Pod.

Because of the short 50' hose and the unique 5 gal bucket holders, it is very easy to load new chemicals into the system and also change out the chemicals that are currently in the line. While there are some chemistry's that are not compatible and a complete flushing of the system much be implemented, there are many cases where the chemicals can be mixed and the operator can just continue to spray with a very short interruption of time to make that transition from one product to another.

Automatic drain is highly recommended.Minimum 10 HP with 120-gallon tank may be necessary if others in the shop will be using air tools simultaneously. REFRIGERANT DRYER The spray air needs to be less than 5% relative humidity as it leaves the gun.A 3-in-1 refrigerant dryer for you compressor is mandatory.Air membrane dryer is mandatoryEQUIPMENT & MATERIAL ROOM (E-10 & E-XP series) Minimum 10ft wide X 10ft long X 8ft high fully insulated walls and ceiling.Recommended to be located next to spray room with common wall to spray area.Heated vents located on 3 corners at bottom of wall 2 ft from the floor.Air intake on 1 corner at bottom of the wall 2 ft from the floor.Heater must be capable of maintaining the room at 80F – 90F 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. No open flame heaters. Radiant or infrared heater with adjustable thermostat works best.A small A/C window unit may be necessary in parts of the country where shop temperatures reach 100F.
