Patent & Patent Pending

Spray Pods has been involved in the development of portable spray foam machines since 2005. Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: a high pressure foam machine is  too expensive and complicated, especially if you want to do smaller projects in existing buildings. At the time, we were both the contractor and at the same time developing the spray technology to help our growing distributor partners so we kept asking ourselves "Why is this so hard" and " Why isn't there spray foam insulation equipment that we could use to get our job done faster ".

High Pressure Spray Foam
( 2,500 psi )

For over 6 years, Spray Pods has been developing a simple to use spray foam equipment that delivers two component polyurethane chemicals simply and affordably. The Spray Pod 2.0 launches in 2017, and it allows the operator to apply spray foams, air barriers and even air seal existing residential houses in a very affordable and seamless way. This allows the business to focus on doing what they do best, which is to make money. Do you have a house or a building that is in need of retrofitting? Why not add energy efficiency to that project? The Spray Pod 2.0 is the ultimate in portable high pressure spray foam machines.

High PSI Chemicals > Low PSI Foam

For over 6 years, Spray Pods has been developing a simple to use spray foam equipment that delivers two component polyurethane chemicals simply and affordably. The Spray Pod Hybrid launches in 2017, and it allows the operator to apply spray foams, air barriers and even air seal existing residential houses in a very affordable and seamless way. This allows the business to focus on doing what they do best, which is to make money. Do you have a house or a building that is in need of retrofitting? Why not add energy efficiency to that project? The Spray Pods Hybrid is the ultimate in portable spray foam machines

Plural Components

The Spray Pod Low Pressure foam machine is designed to pump, mix and atomize high-viscosity, high-solids coatings with superior results. When you upgrade from hand mixing, you'll find that the Spray Pod Low Pressure machine provides excellent return on investment, by reducing material waste and by using less clean-up solvent. Generally speaking, the applicator who applies high-SBV coatings must know the minimum and maximum application temperature and humidity recommended by the manufacturer of the specific coating. Proper material storage temperatures, ambient and substrate temperatures, and humidity are essential for good film formation and coating cure.

Air Compressor > Hose > Reel

The patent pending Spray Pod Mini is a very affordable and effective way of applying an air sealant through a 24oz can. The Spray Pod Mini can provide spray applications for the weatherization professional or any contractor that needs to apply a low pressure SPF in hard to reach areas that are difficult or even prohibitive with a regular two component kit. The spray gun on the Mini has been modified to allow the use of 24oz cans and because it has an adjustable nozzle pattern the operator can go from a bead pattern to a fan pattern in a matter of seconds. This allows the operator to use the Spray Pod Mini to either insulate or air seal that areas around a residential house such as the air duct boots, attics, crawl spaces and rim joists can be fixed.

Spray One Component Canisters

The Spray Pods Gun has an adapter that will allow you to spray out of a 10 & 16lb Canister. This means that all of those larger projects which in the past used a foam kit, can now be applied faster and more affordably using the Spray Pods Gun. The best news is that after your project is over, you can clean the Spray Pods Gun and store it for your next application. The Spray Pods Gun for 16lb Canisters can only be purchased through the Spray Sealants Store.

Spray One Component Can Foam

The Spray Pods Gun is unique in that it is designed to spray 24oz and 29oz pressurized cans of polyurethane spray adhesives and foams. For more than 40 years, there really has not been any innovation when it comes to the can foam & foam kit industry and yet the need to air seal has become even more critical to developing an air tight building envelope. Currently there are six states that meet federally certified commercial and residential energy requirements. In many states, codes are now demanding that a building's air tightness be addressed. The Spray Pods Gun can assist those who are looking for ways to tighten the building envelope and can only be purchased through the Spray Sealants Store.
